Sometimes (ok most times) Christmas feels chaotic !! The balance of work against the chance to take photographs has been a little one sided lately – Christmas hasn’t helped !

I think I’m like many people who are drawn to watching #pelicans as they ungracefully move on land. Everything changes when they are in the sky – gliding elegantly and effortlessly!

One of my favourite locations to watch pelicans is at the little bridge enclosure at the end of Elizabeth Street where it was chaotic on the jetty as pelicans and seagulls jostled for position as fishing boats docked after a day on the water 💧
